The results showed that the methylated P16 (OR = 17.28, P < 0.001), RASSF1A (OR = 16.41, P < 0.001), APC (OR = 14.01, P < 0.001), RARβ (OR = 7.94, P < 0.001), DAPK (OR = 30.78, P < 0.001), CDH13 (OR = 12.63, P = 0.001) and MGMT (OR = 15.29, P < 0.001) genes were significantly associated with NSCLC in the blood samples (Figures 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8). The gene discussed is RASSF1; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
