As shown in Fig. 1c, Rab25 protein expression in PIN tissues was significantly higher than non-cancerous prostate tissues (PIN vs. non-cancerous: 1.44 ± 0.30 vs. 0.95 ± 0.50, P = 0.046), but were dramatically lower than those in PCa tissues (PIN vs. PCa: 1.44 ± 0.30 vs. 2.89 ± 0.96, P = 0.003). Here, RAB25 is linked to prostate intraepithelial neoplasia.
