ALB and sarcopenia: In multivariate analysis adjusted for B-symptoms, albumin status, and five factors of the IPI, having both types of sarcopenia (i.e., the sarcopenia-both group but not the sarcopenia-L3/PM alone group), was one of the independent factors for worse PFS (HR = 2.166; 95% CI: 1.146 – 4.095; p = 0.017) and OS (HR = 2.480; 95% CI: 1.284 – 4.792; p = 0.007), compared with the non-sarcopenia-both group (Table 3).
