ERBB2 and breast cancer: Further analysis showed that the 3q gene signature was able to identify high risk patients in fast-proliferating tumors such as Basal-like and Luminal B subtypes of breast cancer (Fig. 2 and Supplemental Table 8), but not in HER2 or Normal-like subtypes after adjusting for B-cell and proliferation metagene signatures (Supplemental Table 9).
