Consistent with public domain RNA expression profiles17, 18, we have confirmed that ZBTB11 protein is highly expressed in human Jurkat (T cells), K562 cells (a BCR-ABL positive blast crisis erythroleukaemia) and HL60 (promyelocytic leukaemia) cells (Fig. 2f). This evidence concerns the gene ZBTB11 and acute promyelocytic leukemia.
