WNT5A and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: Several migration-related biological processes and signaling pathways were enriched in the Wnt5a “high” group in adult T-ALL GEO datasets, such as regulation of small GTPase-mediated signal transduction (Figure 3A), lamellipodium formation (Figure 3B), actin cytoskeleton organization and biogenesis (Figure 3C), and actin filament organization (Figure 3D).
