We previously showed that CCL25 induces metastasis in CCR9-overexpressing MOLT4 cells via the RhoA-ROCK-MLC axis [22] and promotes pseudopodium formation and ERM protein family translocation from the cytoplasm to the cell membrane [23], suggesting that RhoA is associated with CCL25-induced T-ALL metastasis. The gene discussed is RHOA; the disease is T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
