Since the 10-year survival rate has become a well-accepted assessment of high-grade serous ovarian cancer, we performed IHC staining using anti-CD47 antibodies on another cohort of patients who were diagnosed with high-grade serous ovarian cancer 10 years ago, and found that a poorer prognosis was also observed in CD47high patients compared to CD47low patients (Figure 1E and 1E'). This evidence concerns the gene CD47 and ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.
