The result demonstrated several enriched pathways have been previously implicated in epileptic seizure or related activities, such as decreased interaction between FoxO3a and Akt correlates with seizure-induced neuronal death [41], and neurotrophin signaling pathway in aging, Alzheimer's disease (AD), and other disorders such as temporal lobe epilepsy [42].
