In colorectal cancer, high UCA1 expression was significantly related to differentiation grade (OR: 2.60, 95 % CI: 1.67– 4.03, p<0.0001), lymph node metastasis (OR: 3.88, 95 % CI: 1.71– 8.83, p = 0.001) and distant metastasis(OR: 2.67, 95 % CI: 1.32-5.38, p = 0.006) and TNM stage (OR: 2.45, 95 % CI: 1.62-3.70, p <0.0001). This evidence concerns the gene UCA1 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
