NRAS‐mutation(+) CRC significantly correlated with older age, distal colon, more mucinous component of the tumor, earlier AJCC stage, less lymph node metastasis, and less lymph vessel invasion (P = 0.01, 0.002, 0.02, 0.001, 0.003, and 8 × 10−6, respectively), compared with KRAS‐mutation(+) CRC. This evidence concerns the gene NRAS and colorectal carcinoma.
