Many studies have shown multiply oncogenic pathways are involved with the tumor genesis, therapy resistance, and recurrence of thyroid cancer, such as the MAPK signaling pathway 6, the PI3K‐AKT signaling pathway 7, the NF‐κB signaling pathway 8, the WNT‐β‐catenin signaling pathway 9, and the thyroid‐stimulating hormone receptor signaling pathway 10. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and thyroid cancer.
