MYC and Burkitt lymphoma: Morphology is still important for an accurate classification, so B cell lymphomas with blastoid morphology and those morphologically and immunophenotypically intermediate between DLBCL and BL, but without MYC and BCL2/and or BCL6 rearrangement, should be separated from DLBCL and placed in the category of “High grade B cell lymphoma, NOS”.
