Overall, ANXA10 positive expression was observed in more than 65% of all grades/stages of PanINs, IPMNs, and PDACs including low-grade PanIN/IPMN and PDAC at stage I. The results suggest that ANXA10 expression may be a very early event in the progression of IPMNs and PanINs which can ultimately develop into invasive PDAC. This evidence concerns the gene ANXA10 and pancreatic intraductal papillary-mucinous neoplasm.
