Interestingly, MTUS1 was identified as a co-target of miR-19a/b by bioinformatics analysis, and an inverse correlation between miR-19a/b levels and MTUS1 levels was detected in lung cancer tissues, indicating that miR-19a/b overexpression may play a role in lung cancer progression by co-targeting MTUS1.
