Surprisingly, however, TC2153 and BVT948 (to a lesser extent) behaved quite differently in AD neurons, where both inhibitors reduced the extent of APP Tyr phosphorylation, instead of further increasing it (Figures 4E,F) and restored the extent of APP colocalization with AP2 and Clathrin (Figures 4A–C).
