In vivo and in vitro experiments showed that DADS did suppress colon cancer cell proliferation, invasion, and migration with the low expression of LIMK1 and p-LIMK1, while the exogenously elevated expression of LIMK1 might weaken the DADS-mediated inhibitory effect on colon cancer cell migration and invasion, consistent with previous findings that LIMK1 promoted tumor invasion and metastasis. The gene discussed is LIMK1; the disease is malignant colon neoplasm.
