On day 21 of angiotensin (Ang) II infusion, the expression of ADAM10 protein in AAA was more than twice that in control tissues (Figure 1(a)), accompanied by the significantly increased expression of ADAM9, 12, and 17 (p < 0.05) (Figures 1(b)–1(d)). The gene discussed is ADAM10; the disease is triple-A syndrome.
