Due to insufficient data on HIV/AIDS and transplant patients, we only analyzed T. gondii IgM in cancer patients and the control, showing a prevalence of 11.4% (95% CI, 8.1–14.7%) in cancer patients and 2.7% (95% CI, 1.5–4.0%, p < 0.01) in its control group and OR of 2.65 (95% CI, 2.04–3.45, Supplementary Figures 8–10). Here, CD40LG is linked to AIDS.
