Although the percentages of CD4+CD25− conventional T-cell subset on day 14 after the treatment and on day 26 after tumor inoculation were not significantly different, the mRNA level of IFN-γ in splenic CD4+ T cells on day 14 after the treatment was obviously higher than that on day 26 after tumor inoculation, suggesting that the function of CD4+ T cells was changed on day 14 after the treatment, though no increase found in CD4+ T-cell populations. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
