Considering the pathogenic roles of IL-1β, NF-kB, ERK1/2, and NALP3 inflammasome inappropriate activation in a large number of major human disorders and in cancer [1, 2, 4–11, 15–28], a large interest is focused on the identification of molecules able to target them, in order to develop new therapeutic agents. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and cancer.
