COXFA4 and lung carcinoma: In order to explore whether NDUFA4 played a potent biological role in the growth of lung cancer cells, we constructed an eukaryotic expression vector of NDUFA4 (termed as p-NDUFA4) (Figure 5A) and then transiently transfected p-NDUFA4 into human lung cancer cell line 95D cells in vitro (Figure 5B).
