Differential expression of selected proteins was further evaluated by Western blotting in this in vivo model, and found the proteins (α-SMA, STAT1, LASP1 and FLNA) increased in acute hepatitis (48 hours) and fibrosis phase (CCl4 injection, 2 weeks and 4 weeks) but decreased in recovery phase (CCl4 removal, 2 weeks and 4 weeks) comparing with normal mice liver tissue (olive given) and recovery phase (CCl4 removal, 2 weeks and 4 weeks). The gene discussed is LASP1; the disease is Acute hepatitis.
