Five loci already known to be involved in ALS were identified (corresponding to MOBP, C9orf72, TBK1, SARM1 and UNC13A) along with five potential novel loci at cFDR<0.01 (CNTN6, TNIP1, PPP2R2D, NCKAP5L and ZNF295-AS1). This evidence concerns the gene SARM1 and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
