In current study, we reanalyzed the dataset GSE41035 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE41035), which provided the gene expression profiles of bladder cancer cell line RT112 with or without depletion of FGFR3, to identify the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) upon loss of FGFR3 in bladder cancer. Here, FGFR3 is linked to urinary bladder carcinoma.
