The SNA binding to anti-TF IgG in purified tIgG samples positively correlated with the level of HAbs in donors (r = 0.572, P = 0.0015) and, to a lesser extent, in cancer patients (r = 0.347, P = 0.027) (Figures 5(a) and 5(b)), indicating that anti-TF hidden antibodies in purified tIgG are higher sialylated, especially in controls.
