A significantly higher SNA binding to serum anti-TF Abs in the cancer patients group was observed (mean OD ± SEM: 1.61 ± 0.08 and 1.37 ± 0.11; in patients and controls, resp., P = 0.03, Mann–Whitney test), whereas no difference between patients and controls was found for tIgG samples (mean OD ± SEM: 0.40 ± 0.053 and 0.426 ± 0.038, resp., P = 0.70). This evidence concerns the gene TF and cancer.
