APS, have been shown to have multiple immunomodulatory functions, such as inhibiting the proliferation of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells10, promoting the maturation of dendritic cells (Shao et al., 2016), regulating the imbalance of Thl/Th2 subgroups, regulating the differentiation of the erythroid lineage28, 29, and enhancing the cytostatic activity of macrophages29. Here, CD4 is linked to autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
