To further investigate the antifibrotic action of miR-30a agomir in vivo, we tested the expression levels of hydroxyproline (HYP), a smooth muscle actin (a-SMA), E-cadherin, and vimentin, which are indicators of pulmonary fibrosis, after miR-30a agomir spraying in vivo. The gene discussed is CDH1; the disease is pulmonary fibrosis.
