As expected, the anti-metastatic effect of Tet on RCC could be further enhanced by PDTC (Fig 5A and 5B), and a dramatic decline of MMP-9 protein levels was observed (Fig 5C and 5D), suggesting that NF-κB might function as a downstream regulator of Akt in Tet-inhibited cell migration and invasion.
