Additionally, Tet inhibited the metastasis of breast cancer in vivo, partially by regulating the endothelial cell-specific molecule-1 (ESM-1) and intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) [26].In the present study, our findings revealed that Tet significantly suppressed the migratory and invasive abilities of human RCC 786-O and 769-P cells. This evidence concerns the gene ESM1 and breast cancer.
