This was confirmed by immunostaining for Ki-67, which revealed a significantly increased proliferation in the endometria and myometria of Cdc73+/− mice with uterine tumours, by 1.5- and 2.5-fold, respectively, when compared to equivalent uterine tissues of wild-type littermates (Figures 5j–l). Here, MKI67 is linked to tumor of uterus.
