The staining intensity of decidual LIF in the cesarean scar in CSP group was 7.75 ± 1.80/5HPF: significant higher than the uterine cavity in CSP group (5.25 ± 0.55/5HPF, t = 5.932, p =0.000); significant higher than the cesarean scar decidua in normal pregnancy group (6.65 ± 1.50/5HPF, t = 2.100, p =0.042); significant lower than the uterine cavity in normal pregnancy group (10.00 ± 1.97/5HPF, t = −3.746, p =0.001). This evidence concerns the gene LIF and phyllodes tumor.
