In fact, after infection, the IL-10 levels were 2.3 times reduced (p < 0.0007) in F3-vaccinated mice, while increases of 2.6 (p < 0.0007), 1.4 (p < 0.0200), 1.5 (p < 0.0023), and 2.3 times (p < 0.0007) were detected in mice vaccinated with the F1, F1 + F3, and the chimera vaccine at 100 and 200 μg dosage, respectively (Figures 4E,F). The gene discussed is IL10; the disease is infection.
