Wang et al. [67] reported that the level of ARD1 is consistently higher in PCa, and recently, a work by DePaolo et al. [86] revealed that ARD1 not only acetylates AR at lysine 618 but also creates a ternary complex with AR and HSP90, playing a role in the AR-HS90 dissociation. The gene discussed is NAA10; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
