ADSL and escherichia coli infection: In vivo AMP-GFP reporter analysis upon E. coli infection for the Imd pathway governed AMPs showed no significant change in GFP+ flies for Attacin and Cecropin (72.22%, 80% in knockdown compared to 65%, 78.94% in controls respectively) whereas Drosocin and Diptericin GFP+ flies were significantly higher (93.75% and 73.68% in knockdown compared to 73.68% and 52.63% in controls respectively) (Fig. 4G–J).
