To investigate the role of Rspo1 in the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs, we overexpressed it in normal BMSCs by adenovirus infection (Figure 3A) and found that Rspo1 overexpression significantly increased the osteogenic differentiation markers (Ocn, Col-1a1, ALP) (Figure 3B), ALP activities (Figure 3C) and supernatant Ocn levels (Figure 3D) after three days of osteogenic induction. This evidence concerns the gene RSPO1 and adenoviridae infectious disease.
