Even though those results represented the preliminary data in 5 cancer patients, consistent with their high ability to produce IL-12p70, primed CD3+ T cells generated by the αDC1s loaded with dying T24 bladder cancer cells showed a larger number of IFN-γ-producing cells against T24 bladder cancer cells (p=0.001, Figure-4A) and autologous bladder cancer cells (NMIBC) obtained from bladder cancer patients than the sDCs did (p=0.002, Figure-4B). The gene discussed is IFNG; the disease is urinary bladder cancer.
