In good agreement with this finding, no differences between 19-week-old Apcmin/+ mice that are either wild type, heterozygous or knockout for EphB6 were observed in tumor number (Student’s t-test p > 0.18; Fig. 4C), tumors size (Student’s t-test p > 0.5; Fig. 4D) or the number of invasive adenocarcinomas (Student’s t-test p > 0.83; Supplementary Figure 8), in the small or large intestine.
