CD4 and systemic lupus erythematosus: Further analysis showed that, the proportion of CD3+CD4+ T lymphocytes in CD3+ lymphocytes was significantly decreased in patients with SLE compared to HCs (45.9 vs 54.4%; P = 0.0094) (Table 1), and the proportion of CD3+CD8+ T lymphocytes in CD3+ lymphocytes was significantly elevated in patients with SLE compared to HCs (38.2 vs 28.9%; P = 0.0093) (Table 1).
