IL9 and neoplasm: Differential signaling activity in the dysfunctional GIT2KO thymus (Table S8) revealed a large number of significantly downregulated transcripts enriching pathways involved in cell growth and development (‘GADD45 signaling’, ‘EGF receptor signaling’, ‘Role of p14/p19ARF in tumor suppression’), T cell functionality (‘T helper cell differentiation’, ‘Antigen presentation pathway’) and cytokine signaling (‘Role of Jak family kinases in IL-6 type cytokine signaling’, ‘IL-9 signaling’, ‘interferon signaling’) (Figure 6A – top 10 downregulated – Table S8).
