The results show that the LC3-II/β-actin relative gray value was strongly correlated with the serum levels of several RA activity-related markers (Figure 4): CRP (p < 0.001, r = 0.716), ESR (p = 0.001, r = 0.696), CCP (p < 0.001, r = 0.851), and RF (p < 0.001, r = 0.753). The gene discussed is CRP; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
