Potential targets can be expanded to a few other important genes based on our results, including: GFPT2 (glutamine-fructose-6-phosphate transaminase 2; previously reported to be high in GBM [39]); LAP3 (leucine aminopeptidase); DDO (D-aspartate oxidase); and PRODH (proline dehydrogenase, a putative tumor suppressor).
