GPC1 and neoplasm: In the HCT‐116 xenograft tumour models, both AdmiR96 and AdmiR149 virus injection significantly inhibited tumour growth beginning at day‐8 post first injection (Fig. 7A, P < 0.05, P < 0.01, P < 0.001), significantly inhibited GPC1 protein expression in the HCT‐116 tumour tissues (Fig. 7B and C), and significantly decreased the percentage of GPC1+ exosomes in the plasma of mice bearing HCT‐116 tumours (Fig. 7D, P < 0.001).
