Accordingly, we have reasons to trust that miR-34a (downregulated)—LEF1 (upregulated)—CCND1/WNT1/MYC (upregulated) axis may be an important target for inhibition of lung cancer metastasis and to upregulate miR-34a may be an underlying strategy to achieve this goal.
