To observe the activity of Rheb1 and mTORC1 in allergic asthma, C57BL/6 mice were separated into two groups: in the asthma group mice were treated by intraperitoneal injection (i.p.)of OVA emulsified in aluminum hydroxide gel at day 0 and day 7, then they were challenged with OVA inhalation for 7 days from day 23 to day 29 (Fig. 1a), while mice in the control group were sensitized and challenged with saline. Here, RHEBP1 is linked to allergic asthma.
