Using a similar scoring system, we compared DDB2 expression in non-neoplastic and neoplastic tissues and found, in contrast to NRIP and AR, a greater percentage (P < 0.05 for each comparison in Figure 3B) of high-DDB2 cases in the non-neoplastic tissues than prostate cancers (either all tumors or any sub-category with GS ≤ 6, 7, or ≥ 8) (Figure 3B).
