Charged multivesicular body protein 4a (CHMP4A), charged multivesicular body protein 4c (CHMP4C), and charged multivesicular body protein 2b (CHMP2B) were overexpressed in men with GS 8–9 (p-value = 0.016, 0.042, and 0.053, respectively), whereas CHMP4A, CHMP4C, and CHMP2B were not significantly overexpressed in men with prostate cancer compared to men with negative biopsy (p-value = 0.83, 0.70, and 0.67, respectively) (Supplemental Fig. 2). This evidence concerns the gene CHMP2B and prostate cancer.
