According to prostate cancer working group 2 (PCWG2)-criteria, PSA-response is defined as a PSA decline of ≥50% and was seen in 35.4% of the patients with a baseline NLR >5 compared with 53.2% of the men with a baseline NLR <5 (χ2-test: p = 0.18). This evidence concerns the gene KLK3 and prostate cancer.
