ANO1 and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma: Perfect colocalization of c-Kit and Ano1 could be found in both the ICC-MY and the ICC-IM of the normal antrum and corpus, but the observed discrepancies in the samples from mice with diabetes and nonspecific staining of c-Kit suggest that Ano1 is a more reliable marker for quantifying the ICC in the stomachs of diabetic mice.
