However, a highly variable methylation level of CDH1 was observed in this study in multiple cancers by its presence in frequent co-methylation cluster, as well as in cancer-specific co-methylation clusters from AML, BRCA, CESC, STAD, LUSC, LIHC, THCA, OVCA and UCEC, especially it is present in AML, CESC and STAD where there is zero or 2 to 3 normal tissue samples.
