On the basis of our result, we can assume that diminished level of MCPIP1 in ccRCC will elevate proliferation rate increasing activity of AKT and mTOR in normoxic conditions, decrease activation of caspase 3/7, upregulate HIFs and, furthermore, will decrease the levels of transcripts coding for proangiogenic, proinflammatory and metabolic regulators: VEGFA, IL-6 and GLUT1. This evidence concerns the gene MTOR and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
