As shown in Figure 8, we found that GRS at the concentration of 10 μg/mL could inhibit the phosphorylation of JAK2 and STAT3 under H/R conditions, suggesting that GRS might play a role in protecting myocardial ischemia injury through the inactivation of JAK2-STAT3 signaling pathway. Here, STAT3 is linked to myocardial ischemia.
